Yoga With Jasmine – Mind & Body Practice
This is not performance-based yoga. This is not about being the most flexible person in the room. This is not about forcing your body into positions.
This is a space to slow down, breathe, notice, and reconnect with your body. In our sessions, yoga is used as a way to create space — space in the body, space in the mind, and space in the nervous system. We move slowly and intentionally, not to perform, but to feel, notice, and connect. Sometimes we hold stress, grief, anxiety, or tension in the body without even realizing it. Movement, breath, and gentle awareness can help that stuck energy begin to move again.
Yoga here is not about perfection. It is about awareness. It is about non-judgment. It is about learning to listen to your body instead of pushing past it. This practice is about blooming, expanding, and creating space within yourself.
You do not have to be flexible.
You do not have to be experienced.
You just have to be willing to show up and be present.

My yoga philosophy is simple:
We are not here to perform; we are here to connect.
To move slowly so we can notice.
To breathe so we can create space.
To soften so the body can release what it has been holding.
To listen instead of forcing.
To allow instead of pushing.
To move so that what is stuck can become unstuck.
To practice awareness, not perfection.
To become our own selves, not like someone else, in yoga.
To learn how to come home to ourselves.
